As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a motivated and hands-on Product Support Technician to support our growing dealer network across the United States.

About the Role

As a Product Support Technician, you play a key role in ensuring that our products perform at the highest level in real-world conditions. You will work both in the field and in the shop, supporting dealers and customers with installations, troubleshooting, and technical expertise.

This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same — combining technical work, customer interaction, and travel across the U.S.

What You’ll Do

• Provide technical support and installation training to dealers and customers

• Perform both shop-based and field installations

• Troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems on heavy equipment

• Read and interpret schematics to diagnose and resolve technical issues

• Support commissioning and optimize product performance in the field

• Create detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation

• Travel across the United States to support customers and dealer partners

• Work closely with internal technical teams to deliver industry-leading support

• Build strong relationships through excellent communication and service

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience servicing mobile or heavy equipment

• Strong knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems

• Ability to read and interpret schematics

• Comfortable using digital tools and programming systems

• Organized, self-motivated, and highly responsive to customer needs

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to travel extensively and manage a flexible schedule

• Valid passport required
